Avoiding Getting Killed During Wardecs

This guide was designed for members of the Brave Newbies Inc. Corp but you can take its advice and apply it to your own corp.
So, your corp got wardecced. To be precise we've been decced by 10 corps in our brief history, but how do you carry on doing what you want to do while you have a wardec? There's no reason why you should be killed at all if you're trying to evade your war targets unless you're pretty unlucky. I'll explain how here:

Avoiding a Station Camp
The centre of the Brave Newbies corp, Hek, is normally camped pretty heavily, but you can simply ignore this by using an instawarp. Instawarps are bookmarks made by not changing direction after undocking and heading straight out of the station for a few hundred KM, preferably until you are off grid (which means the enemy can't directly see you. The good news is that if you're in the Brave Newbies corp, this has already been done for you in Hek. It's also a good idea to have an instadock (made by bookmarking where you undock or another point at 0 of the station) so your pod doesn't get destroyed if you land too far away from the station, which can happen when you warp to the station at 0.

Avoiding a Gatecamp
Gatecamps are a lot harder to get past unless your enemies are incompetent, so it's easier to go past it by taking a detour and using another route to get to your destination. The hard part about doing this is knowing whether there's a gatecamp or not. If you're a member of Brave Newbies only the gates to Hek are likely to be camped, ask in Corp chat for an update on the situation.

Avoiding Being Killed While Doing -insert name of activity here-
If you're mining/mission running or anything else that's far away from where your war targets are centred, your best friend is local, and local is a good friend for you should never lose a ship if you keep an eye on it. If you notice a red star next to someone's name in local, it's time to GTFO. If you're mission running you may be able to carry on if there's only one of them who doesn't know where you are, but check d-scan and if you notice someone coming within 1,000,000KM of you get out and dock up. I recommend putting local in its own window (drag it) and using the compact member list to save you scrolling it up and down all the time. Never AFK mine during a war. It's really not smart.
Fly safe, which you'll (hopefully) be able to do with this.
